Tuning up

Faith Hope + Lunch is a program offered by the Neumann University Institute for Sport, Spirituality and Character Development. In this series, students will have the chance to learn about and reflect on a life well lived.

On February 1, 2012, the ISSCD had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Joseph Glass for the inaugural gathering of FH+L, as we learned more about his life, work and faith in a talk titled “Tuning Up.”

Dr. Glass is an Assistant Professor of Communication and Media Arts at Neumann University. He grew up in Monmouth County New Jersey, and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Graduate Theological Foundation in South Bend, Indiana. He has worked almost entirely in the non-profit world, specifically Catholic related organizations, serving in education, communication, marketing & public relations. A professional keyboardist, using the stage name “M.T. Glass,” he appears at jazz clubs up and down the east coast (but rarely gets past security).

This event marked the first installment of Faith, Hope + Lunch.
Please stay tuned for more speakers in the series.
